Micado Migration

Micado Migration gGmbH was founded in Saarbrücken in December 2010. Micado Migration‘s focus is on activities in the context of migration and its consequences in both the countries of origin and the countries of immigration.

Micado Migration‘s core competencies are consulting, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs and projects. This also includes carrying out scientific contract studies. Micado Migration participates in networks, both as a member and as the coordinating agency.

The central project in the field of reintegration is since 2009 “IntegPlan - Integrated Return Planning”. Micado Migration acts as the project executing agency working together with the Office for Repatriation Assistance of the City of Munich. Local government ministries in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Bremen, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saxony-Anhalt support and co-finance the transnational project activities. The remaining funds came from the European Return Fund and now from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
